I am a Manager at QualSights, a leading platform for qualitative research and insights. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from St Andrews College of Arts Science & Commerce in 2016. My core competencies include data analysis, process improvement, and active listening. In my current role, I assist the Tech team with developing solutions based on requirements, conduct trend analysis for each project, manage multiple projects and ensure completion, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth functioning of the project. I also train new employees and help them to learn the ropes. I have successfully delivered data-driven insights that have helped clients to understand their customers better, improve their products and services, and grow their businesses. I am motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems with data and the opportunity to work with a diverse and collaborative team. I bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, as I have also worked as a Senior Data Analyst at NAILBITER, a video analytics company, where I was responsible for cleaning, streamlining, and analyzing data based on the client's needs. I have also acquired multiple certifications in mutual funds, cash and derivatives, and presenting data effectively to inform and inspire.
