Within the workforce, I began my career after completing a Diploma of Graphic Design. I moved into a Marketing Communications Officer role for YMCA Victoria servicing the design & marketing needs for over 35 Recreation Centres. Working with various style guides & brands, I gained extensive experience in copywriting, EDM creation & distribution as well as full service corporate graphic design using the Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere. In this role I had the opportunity to develop new style guides for Centres as well as conceptualise branding for various internal YMCA brands.After focusing on marketing more in a freelance capacity, I gained a position as the Marketing Assistant for international recruitment agency ManpowerGroup Australia. This position covered all forms of internal & external digital marketing including running Social Media accounts & campaigns company wide. Quickly progressing to a Digital Content Coordinator, I handled all B2B & B2C marketing needs for a range of internal stakeholders from individual recruitment consultants up to General Manager.I have steadily grown audiences for myself on Instagram, Facebook & TikTok over the past 8 years – amassing over 1 million followers & gaining expertise in social media paid & organic advertising. On Instagram specifically I average 7 million monthly impressions for my meme curations & creations. I have gained a strong understanding of viral, internet culture.
