All instruction explores global historical systems as part of Ross’ unique spiral curriculum. I have designed project-based science units on evolution, comparative anatomy, neuroscience, the global water crisis, musical acoustics, cosmology, and artificial intelligence. All courses include experiential learning and student-led discussion of STEM interactions with modern politics and justice, scientific literacy, ethics, and career exploration. I served as Boarding Houseparent for grade 10-12 girls + transgender students (2020-23), grade 8-12 boys and (Summer 2021), and grade 7-12 girls (Fall 2021). Duties include serving prepared dinners at home, homework oversight, transportation, planning social activities, and active mentorship of behavioral and emotional well-being.Additional duties include student advising, club leadership, and mentoring independent senior research projects.

Ecologists Without Borders (EcoWB) is a non-profit organization formed recently to enable ecologists from around the world to lend scientific expertise and time to address environmental problems, both natural and human-caused, wherever they occur.
