In my current role, I serve as a dedicated people leader, overseeing a teamof Senior and Retail Lending Associates (FTE 32) distributed throughout theMelbourne region, with reach extending to regional locations such as Geelong,Albury/Wodonga and Tasmania. As the leader of this team, we provide crucialend-to-end retail lending support for the Senior/Relationship Managers withinthe Premier VIC/TAS region.A significant aspect of my responsibilities involves spearheading thedevelopment and enhancement of the Retail Lending Associate network. Thisrequires a hands-on approach to upskilling team members, ensuring theypossess the requisite retail lending expertise to cater to the unique needs of ourhigh-valued customer (HVC) segment.Additionally, I play a pivotal role as a strategic advisor to both the Senior ManagerRetail Lending Support and State Manager Premier Banking VIC/TAS. My counselspans a spectrum of responsibilities, including providing insights on optimisingsupport for the most high-performing Senior/Relationship managers, offering astrategic overview of the support placement throughout the broader PremierVIC/TAS region, as well as facilitating coaching programs to uplift our proprietarylending community. Notably, I drive initiatives aimed at improving customeroutcomes, measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS), through both the upskillof our Senior/Retail Lending Associates but also via workshops focused onenhancing the digital banking education we offer for our customers.
