As Senior Director of Industry Relations, I am the voice of Rental Beast to the MLS Community. I aim to foster and promote deeper relationships between Rental Beast and MLSs, REALTOR® Associations, and industry-wide partners. Alongside Rental Beast's CEO, I'll work to further Rental Beast’s industry research, outreach, and thought leadership, and set out to match the capabilities of Rental Beast for MLS to the business needs of a growing complement of MLS partners.

Orlando, Florida Area

Developed, administered and grew the employee structure from 3 employees to over 30+ employees, including the creation of a seven-day work week support center. Responsible for the overall operations of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and all MLS related products and services. Managed strategic initiatives while growing from 6,000 REALTOR® members & 6 Shareholder Associations to 33,000 REALTOR® members & 15 Shareholder Associations. Oversaw all data mapping, creation and maintenance of system business rules, training, software and hardware deployments and integrations. One of the largest Multiple Listing Services in the Country. We provide products and services to over 30,000 REALTORS® in Central and Southwest Florida.

Clearwater, Florida Area

Ran the MLS department for the Clearwater Association of REALTORS®. At the time it consisted of approximately 2,800 members. Responsible for MLS operations within the Clearwater Association. Oversaw MLS system and Lock-box Key conversations. They eventually mergered with the St. Petersburg Association of REALTORS®

Tucson, Arizona Area

Managed all MLS operations within the Tucson Association of REALTORS®/MLS. Administered all fines and fine appeal processes. Worked with the MLS Vice President to operate the MLS department. Helped implement a new lock-box system and upgrade the MLS system.
