Thinking and living deeply is at the core of who I am. From cultivating beneficial work connections, to re-creating work processes, I seek to establish meaningful, teachable moments that people can follow and glean from. If people feel like a better version of themselves after meeting and interacting with me, then I have accomplished one of my supreme goals. I am passionate about simplicity. I enjoy creating clarity from complex situations and giving people focused goals. I thrive on providing attention, structure, and efficiency to workloads that either seem demanding or nebulous. When I am given a goal or project, I will create a road to get it accomplished. I seek to simply be an honest person, and I find this creates an environment of camaraderie among co-workers. I believe the first step in creating a positive work culture is to be a person that is trust-worthy, that intentionally listens, and consistently chooses the correct way forward. This mentality produces employees that find meaning in their work, because someone has found them full of meaning. I have exemplified this by teaching, training and shaping employees. These interactions have even given me opportunities to invest into their lives outside of the work space; including officiating the wedding of two previous employees. I am a trained communicator and mentor, and do well talking to both large and small groups. I also have experience managing the workflow of up to forty employees for three distinct factory areas. As a person, I seek to be honest and humble. I resolve to set clear objectives, to lead by example, to be someone who is reliable for correct information, and to do the job right the first time. I enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking, rollerblading, and biking. On most days, you will find me in my neighborhood with my wife, pushing my daughter in a stroller and trying to corral my dog. I am also a voracious researcher and am always on the quest of learning.Life is meant to be lived in joy, and I find joy in surpassing work expectations and being an integral part of a team. I am looking for upward mobility in career paths.
