Senior leader responsible for all IT infrastructure, security, systems and software for Komatsu's forestry division in North America. Budget development, cost control, employee development and Sarbanes-Oxley oversight were daily requirements of this position. Together with counterparts in South America, Australia, Europe and Japan, all IT policies, procedures and system integrations were designed, tested and implemented globally.

MB's first I.T. Director, responsible for defining the organization's technology landscape. Integrated the two existing locations and later integrated two acquisitions into the business's infrastructure. Modernized all technology, including defining the requirements for purchasing and implementing a modern ERP solution for the enterprise.

Business analyst charged with implementing the new ERP solution at six legacy manufacturing facilities across North America. Liaison between the manufacturing production facilities and I.T. for defining, testing, documenting, implementing, and supporting all system enhancements in the product configuration, bills of material, routings, product packaging, finished goods inventory control, warehousing, inter-site transportation, and shipment ERP modules. After the legacy to ERP implementation project was completed, revisiting the four initially implemented facilities was required to bring all plants to the same revision levels.

Co-owner. We started small with high school dances, college dinner dances and private parties. We continually used earnings to upgrade equipment, eventually focusing on weddings. We were booked most weekends, with a $0 advertising budget.
