Reporting to the Director and Owner of the organization, I Manage the Administration, HR, and Accounting Department at the 3 branches of the IVF Lebanon (Hazmieh and Zogharta), and 2 clinics where the center has operations in Sodeco and Zouk Mechael. Duties include managing secretaries and coordinating their work comprising doctors’ schedule & daily operating schedule, managing human resources and being responsible for the recruitment process, coordinating tasks of accounting, billing, and purchasing between different departments (medicines, office supplies, external laboratories, etc…), and working occasionally as a midwife to cover for the annual/sick leaves of full time midwives.
