Employed to deliver a qualitative analysis research project for the School of Health.• Collaborated with supervisors to conduct thematic analysis of reports into Oranga Tamariki-Ministry for Children, generated in the wake of the 2019 Hastings Uplift.• Synthesised research findings using NVivo software to determine the extent to which the State uplifting Māori babies meets the guarantees of Te Titiri o Waitangi. • Composed a report of findings for academic supervisors.

Ubiqus – global provider of services including transcription, translation, and minute-taking.• Worked to deadlines providing corporate clients with accurate transcriptions from audio.• Researched clients and applied the house style guide to create transcriptions relating to finance, medicine, policy and procedural matters, such as disciplinary inquiries. • Transcriptions averaged 3,000 words, with 48-hour turnarounds.
