As a full-time administrator at The Goddard School, I work hand-in-hand with my leadership team to provide the best in early education for children in our community. Our school serves on average 165 students and their families, primarily from birth through Kindergarten year-round. My position relies heavily on relationship building as well as organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. In addition to managing day to day operations at my school, I serve as a mentor for new franchisees, have presented at the Goddard Franchisee Convention, and have served on various committees to help shape the future of the franchise system. In recognition of my efforts, I was the recipient of Goddard Systems Leadership Award – Western Region in 2012. Our school is committed to serving our community and was recognized as the Goddard Humanitarian of the Year in 2019. We received the Goddard Outstanding Family Experience Award in 2024. This award recognizes our school culture and celebrates our admin team, faculty, and enrolled families’ commitment to developing a strong and vibrant school community. I have served on the Southwest Maricopa Regional Partnership Council of First Things First since 2016 in the business and childcare provider seats. I have served as Vice-Chair (FY19 & FY20) and Chair (FY21 & FY22) of the council. I also sit on the governing board for Valor Preparatory Academy of Arizona. My business partner and I also own Van Jackson Investments, a real estate investment company focused primarily in the west valley of Phoenix, AZ.
