CurrentHead of MarketingProfs' paid training product portfolio—I own product strategy, planning, management, and oversight for MarketingProfs' training products, namely PRO e-learning subscriptions, in-person workshops, virtual instructor-led training (VILTs), MarketingProfs Marketing Knowledge Assessment software, and other paid products that help marketers do their jobs better. That includes owning the product roadmap, defining new products, and specifying requirements for improved features, plus design direction, UX, onboarding, and adoption. I manage the instructional designers, who design, build, and implement training content and learning reinforcement for each product program. I also work closely with the Tech team on developing technical features (including new SaaS product) and with the Customer Success and Production teams on product delivery.
