Highly selective 10-day research project in Amman, Jordan led by postdoctoral fellow, Julia Morris, of the Zolberg Institute on Migration and Mobility at The New School- Conducted ethnographic research on the impact of development projects targeting the employment of Syrian refugees in Jordan, specifically in light of the recent Jordan Compact- Collaborated with the International Rescue Committee in Amman on a human-centered design project that will be used to evaluate user experience for the IRC’s new employment matching initiative for Syrian refugees in Jordan- Contributed to group research paper based on collective findings for publication and presentation to The New School community and other partners

- Quickly learned tasks and responsibilities of an academic advisor during 2-week transition period- Advised over 100 students on class registration, degree requirements, internships and study abroad- Facilitated role transition to a new permanent advisor after only 8 weeks on the job
