With Signet I was responsible for go-to-market strategy and execution, PR, media strategy, numerous successful lead generation & account-based marketing strategies, brand strategy and multi-million-dollar marketing, advertising, education campaigns in the real estate, health and wellness, software and manufacturing sectors, working closely with our operating managers and partners including hospital systems, academic centers, physician practices, government organizations, media outlets and community leaders.After coming on board as head of marketing in 2015, Signet's total portfolio company revenues saw dramatic growth year after year.

I led the marketing function for Signet Real Estate Group, a subsidiary of private investment firm Signet LLC. Signet Real Estate Group is a national full-service firm, offering development, property management, and project management for projects in the housing, higher education, and healthcare markets. While at Signet RE, I was responsible for corporate brand strategy as well as numerous branding and marketing efforts for our portfolio housing communities (including lease-up), as well as other branded portfolio entities in the health and wellness and institutional sectors.

Delta Media Group is an integrated digital marketing firm servicing real estate clients across the country, including top 100 brokerages. In my role I worked to provide strategic insights, craft digital and social media marketing programs and formulate messaging for corporate brand and creative marketing projects. I also engaged with management to drive business growth, optimize website and social media traffic and increase lead generation performance through search engine optimization, social media, content and pay per click strategies utilizing proprietary CRM and off-the-shelf marketing automation/reporting tools.My professional portfolio at Delta includes demonstrated work on our corporate website, blog, national press releases, numerous national lead generation campaigns, ongoing customer communication campaigns, trade shows and numerous product launches.

As overseer of our Marketing Services Department, I was responsible for stewarding & communicating the SDMyers brand to our domestic & international customer bases. I conceived and analyzed marketing strategies, brainstormed new ways to direct business toward our clients, oversaw our marketing creatives and developed messaging & positioning for our company, products and services. While at SDMyers, I led a massive rebranding effort to completely modernize their 50 year old brand identity and positioning in the marketplace. Once complete, I worked with Senior Management to implement a robust integrated marketing automation/CRM/demand generation & reporting system utilizing Salesforce and Act-On systems, dramatically impacting growth for the company.

M•Creative is a creative media ad agency that specializes marketing strategy & innovative media solutions for today’s business environment. From web marketing campaigns & eCommerce, signage, print collateral & tradeshow presentations, M•Creative delivers marketing media built to attract & retain customers in both B2B & B2B marketplaces. Cross Country Group was a B2B financial services company with a national customer base. I was responsible for all aspects of marketing, including web/eCommerce, advertising, trade show/events, PR and direct mail campaigns.

An academic research institute, USC's Institute for Creative Technologies brought film and game industry artists together with computer and social scientists to study and develop immersive media for military training, health therapies, science education and more.
