Spare Parts Specialist
CurrentProvide service parts identification, pricing and problem resolution for customer, representatives and DeZURIK foreign and domestic personnel.Identify parts requirements for orders and quotations. Product knowledge, computer systems and resources developed in the Service Parts Department are used to identify parts.Provide parts pricing for orders and quotations using spare parts guidelines, supplier contracts, computer programs and DeZURIK personnel as required.Create bills of material for orders. Structure bills of material and vendor specifications when needed.Work with Field Service, Representatives and Customers to resolve customer field problems by analyzing, investigating and effectively recommending solutions.Responsible for documenting and submitting parts pricing errors for correction.
