I'm a Data Analyst at Services Australia. My work there has encompassed analytics for research and reporting and, mainly, building and improving on machine learning solutions. As such I've worked at a range of data related tasks, from:- sourcing, cleaning, and analysing large dataset and documenting findings in reports, to- exploration of potential machine learning methods and proof of concepts (involving both the fine-tuning of pre-trained models and the creation of novel methods where suitable), to- developing those solutions into an API ready for production.This has mainly been in the computer vision area for document processing, but have also used my education in natural language processing to lead exploration into potential areas of work there too.I hope to continue work on interesting projects for worthwhile causes that make a positive difference locally, nationally, or even globally.
