I started as a transfer agent in September of 2019 working on creating warm transfers from aged leads 3-12 months old while working on licensing. I graduated top of my class in the program and started originating in febuary of 2020. After becoming a top producer in the branch I was promoted to my Prod dev position in april of 2021 which entailed me working with our vice president of training on helping anywhere from 60-80 loan officers that became newly licensed on outbound calling, how to work up a 1003, structure the loan correctly, and follow product guidelines, presentation to borrower, and how to actively manage their pipeline to fund. As well as training I had at any time 10-12 loan officers in the office with me to actively train in the chandler branch while also producing. Since March of 2022 I have gone back to full production as a Senior Loan officer.
