Responsibilities- Writing and providing recommendations for Complex Corporate Credit Submissions up to and including $50m (primarily cash flow lending and property). - Preparing Corporate Lending Submissions by critically analysing and interpreting financial statements and identifying industry trends, as well as summarising and incorporating Due Diligence reports, into credit submissions. - Cash flow modelling including, Covenant Tests and Sensitivity Analysis.- Liaising with Third parties in relation to loan documentation, settlement processes and implementation processes to ensure turnaround times exceed client’s expectations.- Managing customer enquiries to ensure all issues are resolved in a time frame that exceeds the client’s expectations.- Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as third party providers.- Monthly and quarterly monitoring, testing and reporting.
