Developed and oversaw all marketing. advertising, and branding initiatives for the Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts at Northwestern University. As part of the Theatre, Dance and Performance Studies departments, programs included a robust mainstage theatre and dance season, the National Theatre Live broadcast series, the annual Waa-Mu Show, the Imagine U family series, Stage Russia HD, the Johnny Mercer Foundation’s annual Songwriters in Concert, staged readings and more. In all, I produced marketing campaigns for over 90 productions, 70 stage-on-screen events, and multiple special events across seven venues on the Evanston campus.As the leader of all communication strategies, primary projects included directing the art design for promotional materials and advertising campaigns for each production including digital media, print and video, creating audience engagement initiatives, press releases, copywriting, brand development and community partnership outreach throughout the campus, Evanston, and Chicago. Developed and launched the re-branding campaign of America's original jazz dance company during its landmark 50th Anniversary Season. Established in 1963, Giordano Dance Chicago captivates audiences worldwide with dynamic performances and the diversity and wide appeal of its repertoire In addition to national and international touring GDC performs twice annually at the prestigious Harris Theater for Music & Dance in Chicago's Millennium Park. Responsibilities in this newly created position included providing strategic direction in all digital and print communications, website redesign, press strategy, enhancement of social media engagement, brand development, and graphic design. I also managed a 16 week science and health outreach program in three Chicago Public Schools. Additionally, I directed the marketing and promotional activities of the Jazz Dance World Congress & Festival, co-produced in partnership with Point Park University, in Pittsburgh, PA (2012) as well as the Giordano Workshop (2013).

Served as assistant to Executive Director during major transitional period for the organization as planning and preparation were underway for reconstruction of company headquarters. Selected duties included: production and marketing coordinator for BRICstudio productions, Board of Directors liaison, coordinator for artists-in-residence program, funding appeals letter writing, assistant to major gifts campaign, planning assistance for new multidisciplinary artists residency in the redesigned facility and coordinated closing of BRICstudio ahead of construction groundbreaking.

Selected as one of ten international Fellows during the Kennedy Center's 2008-2009 season. Intensive fellowship included weekly coursework, seminars and meetings with senior VPs and the Kennedy Center President. With department placements in Marketing, Development and Programming, select projects included: prospecting research, major gifts support, grant writing (secured $300K for International Programs), social media strategy development, marketing research, program review and analysis, artist liaison for the Open House Festival (08), mentor for "Arts In Crisis" consulting service, selection committee for Local DC Dance Commission Project (09) and programming assistant for the Millennium Stage and Performing Arts for Everyone.
