With over 20 years of field service experience, I am a Northeast Regional Field Service Technician at Milacron, a leading provider of industrial injection molding, automation, and robotics solutions. I have multiple certifications in these areas, and I am proficient in electrical wiring, fuel systems, and heavy equipment operations. I install, maintain, and repair Milacron's products and services, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components and circuits. I ensure optimal performance and safety of the equipment, and provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to Milacron's clients and partners.I am passionate about learning new technologies and finding ways to apply them in my work and personal projects. I enjoy working on wood projects, music, and home automation, and have integrated Alexa, video, and audio throughout my house. I also mentor and coordinate other technicians in the field, and share my knowledge and expertise with them. My goal is to deliver high-quality solutions and support to Milacron and its customers, and to constantly challenge myself and grow in the field service industry.
