I am an experienced attorney at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team, focusing my practice on aviation and rail finance. I have significant experience representing commercial banks, operating lessors, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds and other investors in a variety of transaction structures, including securitizations, warehouse loan facilities, Rule 144A and Regulation S capital markets offerings, including those involving syndicated equity, and other structured financings, cross-border operating leases, leveraged leases and portfolio acquisitions and divestitures. I also have experience representing investors in structuring and establishing strategic joint ventures and new leasing platforms for aviation and rail assets and counseling clients on various day-to-day matters such as corporate structuring, servicing and management agreements, and general corporate and securities law issues.
