I am responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Departments suite of HR systems for a workforce of about 1200 employees. With an understanding of HR systems and exceptional organisational skills, my focus is on enhancing data integrity, ensuring a positive employee experience, supporting workforce performance, and meeting HR system delivery and compliance requirements. I also work with and provide data across the organisation. Ensuring delivery of the best approach when integrating HR Systems with others across the organisation and communicating with key stakeholders.

Development of HRMIS systems and linking data tools between business areas. I commenced with a project to overhaul the current 'request to fill' process that would streamline and give greater detail to managers. I also worked with multiple areas of HR to develop data techniques and templates that would provide better information to the Department.
