This involves utilising local knowledge to identify the needs of the communities they support, understanding the current service offering and signposting and promoting what is currently available. Where there are gaps in provision, I work with organisations to fill these as best we can by working together as a network of local services. I manage a pot of grant funding that is used to fill gaps in service provision. Any actions taken are evaluated to ensure continual improvement of local support for CYP and families. Show less
