Coordinate with vendors to schedule warranty repairs for computers and printers. Organize and manage IT storage room. Assist in training new hires to Tier 2 staff on policies and procedures. Train Tier 2 Staff on Microsoft Dynamics/ Solomon Accounting software.Accomplishments:Received 22 nominations for quality customer support from peers, co-workers and help-desk clients.
