As the National Director of Procurement at Radiology Partners, I lead a diverse team responsible for optimizing procurement operations across a network of 140 imaging centers. In this role, I provide matrix leadership to three local Supply Chain/Procurement leaders and manage eight additional full-time employees. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing national procurement processes aligned with the needs of stakeholders, overseeing the setup and maintenance of the Workday ERP Supply Chain Management module, and driving multiyear capital acquisition and growth strategies for RP Outpatient services. Oversaw several operational improvements which included revamping 3 site warehouses and implementing serpentine alpha numeric pick systems. These operational changes allowed the staff to dedicate more time to better serving clinical staff. The inventory revisions also accounted for fill rates of 97% or more and inventory turns ranging from 18-20.
