While at Linden I worked as the in house video department. From start to finish I am involved in every level of the process, making sure that our client's needs are met with the highest quality videos for web or broadcast.Our clients expect a high level of quality, in a timely fashion, on video projects with a wide range of budgets. I pride myself on being adaptable and working quickly to solve complex problems on set and in post. I use my best judgement and make important decisions when necessary to maintain deadlines and I enjoy staying up to date on equipment and technology so that I can continue to improve on my work.I use a wide array of professional tools including DSLR cameras, studio lighting, green screens, external audio recorders, and other camera mounts/accessories/gear. I am also experienced in Adobe software and workflows, including; Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, InDesign, and Speedgrade.

In this organization I excelled in a fast paced environment selling life insurance/annuities, and worked with clients to assess their current financial situation and find ways to reallocate funds to maximize returns while providing the necessary level of coverage for them and their family.I was responsible for building my business/client base through personal contacts and referrals. An excellent knowledge of our products and being able to think on my feet, were essential when it came to contacting leads, scheduling meeting, and ultimately signing new business. With a range of resources and options, I was able to handle the different needs and challenges each client would bring to the table.

As an office assistant for Farmers Insurance I worked closely with our lead agent to develop new business, up-sell and retain current clients, and handle customer service as well as everyday office tasks. I contacted new and existing clients through a mix of lead services and monthly internal reports. I handled tracking and organizing phone calls to maximize contact/exposure and maintain positive interactions with clients. I was also responsible for meeting our quota for quotes when Farmers rolled out their new, competitively priced, auto policy.With little to no training, I learned a number of new skills on the job, including; running quotes and signing new business, handling current policy holder requests such as adding/changing/removing vehicles, using Farmers' online software system, handling payments, and other client related requests.
