Wyoming legislation in 2011 passed a bill requiring school districts to develop protocols for training coaches, athletic coaches and students regarding head injury restrictions on an athlete's participation in school athletic events after a concussion or head injury but the bill did not cover youth athletic programs outside of school districts.
