Vice President, Executive Partner - Security & Risk Management
CurrentExecutive coach, advisor and mentor to cyber security and risk executives in government, public sector, and private sector organizations across North America. Guidance is delivered through regular, continuous interaction with Chief Information Security Officers, Chief Risk Officers, and similar executives to enable them to build and manage effective cyber security programs to facilitate achieving their organizations' mission critical priorities. Duties include:PROGRAM DELIVERY• Manage multi-faceted relationships with Gartner's largest, most sophisticated clients • Establish and maintain working relationships with various internal groups to create a comprehensive, well designed, sustainable set of key deliverables (including targeted research, personal coaching sessions, scripted analyst sessions, involvement with appropriate events, etc.) for use with security executive clients• Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for our clients• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing client needs and developing a customized value plan in accordance with overall strategy and product deliverables• Define and conduct on-site briefings for clients at client location in support of client key initiatives• Direct and facilitate bi-annual client peer group meetings on topics of relevance to the community CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT• Represent Gartner publicly as a respected content expert, including participation in presentations, panels and workshops at Gartner Events• Participate in relevant research communities to keep topic area knowledge current and share client experiences with analysts• Maintain topic hierarchy and organization of program related content on peer community portal• Facilitate client interaction and collaboration through the peer community portal and assisted client connections• Facilitate and participate in local events and round tables
