Increased the operational performance which led to a 93% mission effectiveness rate in the midst of an overall 140% mission requirement surge. - Managed complex change - developed and led a Lean Six Sigma team to improve internal unit business practices. During a 65% workforce turnover, improved operational performance and transformed the squadron administrative processes from the Air Force base's worst quality and timeliness rate (52%) to the best (99%), in less than four months.- Developed flight path arrival procedures to gain fuel efficiencies and saved over $5 million in 2012. Garnered Air Force honors and was named the most fuel efficient C-17 squadron in 2012.- Garnered the 2013 Air Force Association Citation of Honor Aerospace Award for making the most outstanding contributions to national defense.
