Directed and led P&G’s Mason Business Center’s Information Security efforts for 3,000+ site employees and 400+ contractors.• Addressed global internal audit issues successfully by training 165+ R&D sponsors of non-employees on how to properly manage sponsored non-employees via 10+ training sessions.• Created internal Mason SharePoint website that attracted 13,800+ unique viewers since launch, with typically 100 - 150 unique visitors per day accessing website content.• Tracked down unknown and strangely behaving devices on Mason’s site networks to ID devices and ensure potential security threats were addressed and to properly inventory all networked devices.• Led yearly sitewide paper and electronic data retention efforts across Mason to remove electronic and paper documents past the retention date to reduce long term information security risks.• Created and rolled out a computer exit checklist for properly documenting all non-employee exit checklist steps in partnership with IT developers, which was used globally.• Helped uncover and fix security issues with video doorbell and door access security and rolled out improved systems that better protected streaming video and personal data.• Made key improvements to address R&D user interface and compliance needs for secure ID management in collaboration with Corporate Identity and Access Management team.• Increased compliance and saved end users time by helping users register dozens of locally owned apps. • Aided MBC residents in filing information security reports for missing or stolen devices, and with potential information security data loss incidents.

Partnered across Business Units and Corporate Function groups to develop central requirement library capabilities within Dassault's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)/ENOVIA tools, enabling governance, a broad PLM training curriculum/framework, and ensuring accuracy in design standards across all areas of product and package design. A stretching technology focused assignment where I grew my technical depth in Digital Innovation (DI)/PLM while leveraging my influencing, strategic planning, IT solutions development, and cross functional leadership skills for Digital Innovation and Packaging Reinvention within R&D.

Section Head for Advanced Imaging Section consisting of Light and Electron Microscopy, MRI and Solids NMR, Image Analysis, and most recently the micro CT groups. Our Advanced Imaging Core Section served as a backbone for the Microscopy and Imaging needs of the Corporate Analytical group (hundreds of Scientists and Researchers) which serve the rest of P&G's Global Research and Development Organization. P&G leverages our organization to deliver top quality, high performance products that improve the life of billions of the worlds consumers everyday.I led P&G's Worldwide Imaging Community of Practice (CoP) during this period and when P&G formed Mega CoPs in 2011 I became the Measurement Mega CoP co-leader (Management leader with Julie Grender as my Technical partner). The Measurement Mega CoP consisted of the Analytical, Imaging, Sensors, Sensorial Measurements, Statistics, and Robotics CoPs.

Section head for Corporate Image Analysis Group within the Global Business Services Function. Initially, was a technical Section Manager focused on large projects / customer needs for 14 months. Then I transitioned to primarily managing the Image Analysis group while doing business critical Image Analysis programming projects as needed. I also became the leader for the Imaging Community of Practice for all of R&D (550 members worldwide).

Designed, created, and implemented cutting edge Imaging and Analysis Systems for Beauty Care and Oral Care. I am a co-inventor on the Beauty Imaging System (current patent is licensed for Canfield Scientific's Visia System) that has resulted in significant royalties for P&G. Also image analysis technical expert on the Plaque and Whitestrips Digital Image analysis systems for Oral Care. These state of the art systems are still being leveraged to support major Oral Care initiatives!

Jump started my career at P&G by working on key Image Analysis projects for customers in Beauty Care, Oral Care, and Pharmaceuticals. Implemented critical safety screening Artificial Intelligence program for Health and Environmental Safety Division that was used for over 10 years to help identify genotoxicity risks.

Research Assistant with duties ranging from Image Analysis software development, Unix System Administrator (maintaining accounts, security fixes, backups), to helping on research projects and writing up papers for publication. I fondly remember proactively tracking down computer hackers on several occaisions and having received praise for my tracking abilities from Dr. Lionel Ni.
