Current• Provides full life cycle recruiting for non-cleared and cleared individuals including DoD Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI and CI Poly.• My goal is to develop meaningful relationships with candidates through the full lifecycle recruitment process.• Responsible for qualifying technical skills and experience, discussing compensation, benefits, Education and certifications and overall evaluation to determine the right match for candidates and clients.• Successfully recruit and place Cybersecurity Engineers, Network Engineers, Desktop Admins, Systems Admins, Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Cloud Engineers, Business Analysts, Technical Writers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Project and Program Managers, and many more IT roles.• Versed in Boolean searches for candidate sourcing and identification on job boards such as Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and our proprietary database AgentEM.• Consult with Project/Program Manager and hiring managers to define competencies for specific roles.• Involved in scheduling interviews with clients, pre-screening and negotiating offers.• Maintain contact with consultants after they are placed to ensure the highest level of client and candidate satisfaction.
