Initiated and executed a complete rewrite and reorganization of PHP Fog user documentation site content from an unstructured collection of articles into a narrative set of walkthrough guides and examples. Set style guidelines that focus on clarity and consistency and coordinated the AppFog user documentation accordingly.Moved the PHP Fog user documentation site from a default Drupal installation to a static site generated by Jekyll to implement a visual redesign.Built and open sourced a custom documentation management system in Node.js that allows a workflow based around git and GitHub in order to streamline collaboration.Interviewed candidates for AppFog support staff and led the training of support new hires.Diagnosed code and configuration issues for AppFog’s multi-infrastructure deployment of Cloud Foundry, a distributed, service-oriented, open platform-as-a-service project.Provided troubleshooting assistance for deployment of AppFog applications.Provided server troubleshooting and code review for PHP Fog applications.Fielded support requests via ticketing system, Twitter, live chat, and telephone.

This was a three month editorial internship for Paradigm Communications Group, which handles the publication of Horizon Air Magazine and Alaska Airlines Magazine. I was responsible for fact-checking each article in both magazines, in coordination with two other interns. I also researched and wrote various short articles for three issues.
