- Assist in creating and updating program-specific Configuration Management (CM) plans and monitor associated internal business processes for conformance to established CM practices.- Manage configurations of custom automatic test systems from initial delivery, tracking repair action and retrofit cycle data per program requirements. Maintain revision control for 3rd party instruments and software, monitoring for obsolescence and ensuring backward compatibility for changes. Coordinate/conduct audits against fielded systems.- Work with engineers and program managers on system software updates to help write and test installation and verification instructions. Coordinate updates to technical manuals.- Chair Configuration Control Board for active programs to assist with management of Engineering Change Proposals, Product Support Bulletins and retrofit activities.

- Oversee the control of internal documents, including storage, distribution, accessibility and updates.- Interface with Operations, R&D, Marketing and Sales to ensure proper control of documents.- Responsible for keeping departmental practices current with regulations and industry standards.- Coordinate company training program to ensure short term training needs and longer term organizational development needs are met.- Manage the internal printing of labels, IFUs and Manuals to meet manufacturing demands.- Generate and issue reports on various quality metrics.

- Develop product data and change management processes.- ERP and PLM/PDM system experience - SAP, Agile, MatrixOne.- Manage the flow of product data and design changes between Engineering, Operations and Service organizations.- Implement and support product data and change management processes and tools.- Integrate design and production data from acquisitions into corporate ERP/PDM systems.
