I have a high tolerance for ambiguity and a knack for sorting through the fog of complexity created by ever-changing organizations and market dynamics. I possess high emotional intelligence that is critical in aligning, and motivating others. I do this through influence, training, coaching, enthusiasm, and courageous curiosity. My experiences with Cengage allowed me to travel the country and deep-dive with some of the best and brightest people in hands-on skills education and the impact of technology on learning organizations. The learning solutions focused primarily in hands-on skills training for healthcare, automotive, construction, HVAC and electrical, and even into network and PC support training. And I've done this by across all of these areas, all at the same time. Yes, I can do many products at the same time. I'm a constant learner and a competitor. I grow restless when I'm too much the expert. Gaps force us to reach. And reaching triggers growth. That can be a bit unnerving to do things where you don't know how at first. That takes courage.
