Falling back into the groove at Arco I found myself drawn to sales more and more. The interaction and problem solving is difficult to pass up. I enjoy finding solutions to problems. Sales gives me a creative outlet with enough structure to keep my ideas somewhat focused.

After a year away to focus on developing my sales and networking skills, I am back in the family business. I do the bulk of the small engine repair and help in analyzing our systems to improve shop efficiency and overall business profitability.
