• As a Team Leader, my primary objective is to coach, develop, supervise and train Collections Agents, to provide satisfactory and/or exceed production while ensuring both productivity and compliance are meeting.
• Builds queues and manages the Dialer campaigns for CSO’s
• Develops Agents by ensuring effective side by side sessions, coachings and performance improvement plans
• Support and communicate business goals, production and quality/compliance standards, processes and procedures and policies.
• Ensures the business meets company standards by hitting Targets and goals through effective team work
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise.

• Provides and documents performance feedback through side-by-side coaching, performance reviews, Goal setting and deficiency management.
• Responsible for day to day quality assurance/ monitoring and coaching
• Actively pursue initiatives that aid Team members in achieving individual and Team Key Performance Indicators
• Assists in attaining the Program’s objectives by performing “Floor Management Duty” and assisting in the administration of motivational programs that include contests, incentives and Team Performance programs.
• Provides leadership based on integrity, accountability and mutual respect.
