PontesNL is an independent national program founded by Luuk Evers of Pontes Medical (formerly UMC Utrecht) and Joep Welschen of the MedtechPartners foundation. Luuk developed the Pontes method with his team and over the past 16 years they managed to bring more than 10 successful innovative products onto the market from scratch (starting with a researcher or healthcare professional with an initial idea). Within PontesNL, the Pontes method is combined with the 16 years of experience of the MedtechPartners foundation to accelerate the innovation process for Dutch medtech and digital health innovations.We offer 1:1 customized support for hospitals to optimize the internal innovation organization and processes by:• Customized 1:1 support for 5 hours per month• Access to the PontesNL toolkit with standard formats for IP, collaboration, licensing, etc.We offer 1:1 customized support for innovation teams:• Sparring partner for 5 hours per month• Challenging the idea, Stakeholder analysis and Implementation strategy• Setting up and supervising pilots and scaling up• Connecting with experts from our own qualified expert pool

KplusV has developed the Ecosystem Canvas©, a tool to design and assess local, regional and national ecosystems.We have set up many multi-stakeholder collaborations focussing on the specific challenges that companies face in specific industries. Based on our 37 years of experience and practice with public-private partnerships and innovation ecosystems, we can assist clusters with hands-on advise. We help them with their formation and management, support them to improve their performance and evaluate their effectivity and efficiency.
