As the company's first marketing hire, I lead all aspects of marketing strategy and execution as a team of one, with a particular focus on brand and content. I oversee internal marketing education and evangelization, and external public relations and communications. The role also includes leading experiential work like event planning, experience design for job fairs and conferences, and community service and engagement.I also oversee Lighthouse’s new managed marketing services program – bundling the brand and content strategy that has supported Lighthouse’s growth in recent years into an innovative new offering for small and mid-sized businesses in Western New York.Some highlights and accomplishments so far:• 200%+ increase in LinkedIn followers and 22% increase in social referral traffic to website in first 24 months.• As a team of one, produced, created, and published 40 podcast episodes - and was on camera for 27 of them! - from June 2023 to March 2024.• Developed the company's first brand strategy and content strategy.
