Their ideas inspire solutions towards the Sustainable Goals (SDG) by exploring the chances for a good life within planetary boundaries.Movements like Fridays4future show that young people around the globe are seriously concerned about the climate and biodiversity crisis, but often feel overwhelmed by the scope of the challenge. Educational institutions seem incapable to react adequately and provide the empowering content and learning settings to build up the necessary social and technical skills.Cooperation and creativity of young people will become the major forces driving change towards the SDGs. Y4P is proposing a scalable approach of youth engagement and education through cooperative filmmaking. The learning by filmmaking process is already well established in schools in Luxembourg. Its based on digital rapid learning and engagement techniques und used for competence building and leadership empowerment.My vision is to empower youth on a big scale to become bottom up researchers / storytellers on a globalised information platform to address Global Goals issues, authentic and artistically profound - connecting and joining forces with other generations.
