After a career in operational finance I am enjoying a big change. I finished in June 2022 my bachelor "Leraar voortgezet onderwijs Economie" in Holland. I lecture finance to students at the university of applied sciences in The Hague. I am a Swiss CPA (RA) with Financial management experience in Switzerland, USA and The Netherlands.Outsourcing RTR to IBM and managing it, setting up Shared Services for OTC processes, Cash flow improvement (Cost, Capex, DSO, DPO), M&A integration and divestiture (share and asset deals), Cross-border reorganization and Crisis Management are part of my industrial CFO experience. My track record includes HR, IS, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Asset backed financing, horizontal tax supervision, Sales & Operations Planning. Success factors; Change Management - No Surprises and Compliance first.As part time CFO of small and medium sized companies in NL, BE, FR and Switzerland i stay in touch with the economy and real business life. My weekends are dedicated to support a rugby team as a photographer. I keep fit by biking and running. Being Swiss, I love going back to my roots and enjoy my vacation South of the Alps.
