- Served as key advisor and project manager for Agency leadership while managing a diverse operations, outreach, education, and policy portfolio at New York City agency responsible for investments in small business-, workforce-, and neighborhood- development, while maintaining a commitment to equity for all New Yorkers.- During the COVID-19 pandemic, led the short- and long-term transition to/from telework for 350-person agency and its diverse operations portfolio, including: development and implementation of new health and safety protocols and human resources operations; distribution and adoption of new technology; and the design and launch of new client engagement systems.- Managed priority stakeholder relationships with small business community—including key employers, chambers of commerce, and trade organizations—and with partners in government, including day-to-day advocacy and long-term strategies, including serving as lead for the Mayor’s Small Business Advisory Council.- Served as an expert on small business emergency financing, operations compliance, and regulatory matters; shepherded essential interagency programs including the distribution of 10 million+ pieces of PPE to businesses and workers and the opening of public space to 11,000+ restaurants and storefront businesses.
