Established and managed the Internet/e-Commerce program for the entire group (6 stores.) Recruited and trained Internet Sales Managers for each of the stores. Each store had at least 2 ISMs. Negotiated and managed contracts and relations with vendors. Was Administrator for the Manufacturer's electronic interfaces for each store. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Initiated a true group program by consildating all of the stores internet efforts into one central office. Managed the websites and lead acquisition efforts. Established a staff of 6 Internet Specialist that handled all incoming internet leads. Managed the internet sales process.
Managed the dealership website and worked with Internet customers from inquiry to delivery. Also, filled roles as Used Car Manager and Finance Manager as needed from time to time.
As a Sales Manager I worked with members of the sales team to help them close deals and retain gross profit. I was also responsible for recruiting and training new salespeople. As a Finance Manager I worked with customers to present them with options for the financing or lease of their new vehicle. I also helped them review the many choices they had regarding Extended Service Plans as well as Insurance to protect their investment.
Sorted incoming mail to determine proper distribution. Operated equipment to load and unload mail of all class from trucks. I was also a union steward for the Mailhandlers Union.
I was in the Security Police career field. Stationed at Blytheville AFB in Arkansas, Kadena AB in Okinawa Japan and Malmstrom AFB in Montana.
