This implementation optimized our team communication and issue prioritization which expanded our customer experience capabilities and led to no refunds throughout the season.

TimelyCare is a telehealth provider that creates accessible medical and psychiatric care for students on 300+ college campuses throughout the countryKey Projects• Developed a clinical health registry to organize and transform measurement-based care data (GADS7, PHQ9) into quality metrics (Running Change, Treatment Progression, Treatment Failure) now being used to operationalize large scale quality improvements across 300+ college campuses.• Reimagined a key metric, Overall Provider Effectiveness (OPE), consisting of three components (Availability, Performance, Quality). Incorporated measurement-based care (MBC) data into quality, which improved the accuracy of provider performance assessments and optimized the allocation of provider coaching resources. • Integrated an analytics database (Looker) with an HR scheduling software (Deputy) to develop a dashboard that leverages the reformulated OPE metric and scheduling data to better align provider compensation with performance.

Texas Children’s Hospital is a non-profit healthcare organization with a mission to create a healthier future for women and children throughout the global communityKey Projects• Developed a business plan and grant proposal that secured $500,000 to fund the first independent interfacility transport program for behavioral health patients.• Analyzed template utilization statistics and translated data into compelling narratives through presentations to department directors, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders.• Drafted a HRSA grant proposal that secured $2,000,000 in federal funding to develop Texas Children’s Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program. This initiative will improve the accessibility of healthcare for behavioral health patients across the state of Texas.• Crafted a short film and grant proposal to fund the expansion of the Virtual Visit Support Center and increase telemedicine engagement within the Hispanic Community.

The Chevron Marathon is an annual winter event that challenges athletes to traverse the city of Houston and is one of the largest marathons in the United StatesKey Projects• Led a multidisciplinary team of 20 medical providers as part of a larger team providing medical aid to 27,000 athletes and volunteers.• Coordinated triage, treatment, and transport plans for injured athletes while providing logistical support for other aid stations and updates to central command. • Incorporated simulation training exercises that improved collaboration and communication among team members and positively impacted patient care.
