Through targeted marketing efforts, generated revenue to sustain a 15-20 employees.

I initiated and managed a multi-disciplined media department that focused on in-house architectural projects. My primary goal was to redefine traditional design communication methods, through the integration of new media delivery methods. I (along with my team) developed 3-D models, animations, renderings and videos. I took these assets and imbedded them into interactive presentations, websites, graphic presentations and even print collateral. I like to call this phase of my career the University of RTKL. It is here that I learned a great deal about efficiency, marketing and value propositions.
