Started as a file clerk and worked for the taxpayer service division in Exam unit in 1987 under John Consoli documenting 3210 transmitals and utilizing the IDRS and Zilog computer systems in case management. Twice winning awards of achievement. Worked for the Electronic Filing Coordinator in the implementation of the Electronic Filing System as secretary to the Electronic Filing Coordinator Kathleen Stockham. Also worked for Judith Golden in Public Affiairs recording taxpayer service messeges to the public. I resigned in the summer of 1989 to attend Humboldt State University in the fall.
