Managed diverse portfolio of suppliers, delivering annual turnover of USD150M with a team of 15 sales professionals. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with suppliers and key channel partners at the management and decision-making level.  Highlights:• Portfolio Rationalization: Involved in strategic review of existing sales team structure. The outcome was a concise business plan, inclusive of sales team rationalisation, development of new approaches to the market with each supplier. Build a solid platform targeted for growth for suppliers with declining revenue and SOW.• Brought in new vendor, Nutanix and successfully grew business to emerge as top distributor within 1 year.• Drive Significant Growth with suppliers despite stagnant market growth projection by IDC for server and storage market: 80% SOW for NetApp Commercial Revenue in 2019, 22% YoY Growth for HPE, 40% YoY Growth with Red Hat • Drove loyalty and increase partner share shift among Tech Data partners.
