The Regional Technology Coordinator is the face of HealtheConnection in the region. • The primary role of the Regional Technology Coordinator is to act as a relationship manager and a strategic business advisor to the providers in the Service Area. This includes being the first line of defense for any issues that the provider organization may have with the technology or more generally in their business. • The Regional Technology Coordinator is also responsible for building relationships with the provider organization leadership and staff, including the physicians, promoting participation in the HealtheConnection platform. • In addition, the Regional Technology Coordinator is a problem solver. Employees in this role must be technically proficient and credentialed in the application to troubleshoot issues and to communicate those issues back to the Analyst team for final resolution. • Finally, the Regional Technology Coordinator is responsible for training provider organizations in the service area on new tools, functionality enhancements, or workflow changes that are implemented as well as providing training to new sites that become part of the HealtheConnection network. They partner with the Principal Trainer to answer end user questions on workflow design and system build to gain in-depth knowledge of the rationale behind the workflow. Show less
