Contractor Mobilization at new site and ensure the resources availability at site, Prepare the required materials priority list and material management, excellent knowledge in fabrication, erection, installation. prepare the weekly, monthly & completion schedule. coordinate with contractor and client for smooth working. contractor billing verify and prepare the monthly bill and submit to client. prepare the BOM, material check list and required documents. ensure the proper utilization of resources and completion of work on schedule. coordinate with vendor & designer to resolve the issues on priority basis. prepare the WPR/DPR and same submit to HO. coordinate with HO on daily basis and discuss the constraint and resolve it ASAP.

control the ( FGD+SCR+ BOILER) area of fabrication, erection and pre-commissioning work.Prepare the monthly RA BILL and review the contractor Bill also.Prepare the weekly & monthly schedule to achieve the target.Coordinate with Design team and vendor to resolve the drawing & fabrication issue at site.Prepare the required material data and communicate with HO & vendor to supply the material on schedule and in sequence.Maintain the Daily progress data sheet and Material check list and share to HO on daily basis.Identity the site issue and coordinate with vendor & contractor to resolve the issue without delay.Installation & alignment of equipment and handover to commissioning after pre-commissioning (i.e. Guillotine & control Damper, Seal air fan, pump & motors).

-coordinate with contractor and client to expedite the progress.--Coordinate with Engineering Department (HO) regarding design issue, fabrication issue, material quality issue and resolve it without any delay of work.-Monitoring the fabrication, erection activities as per schedule.- Prepare the monthly and completion plan.- make material priority schedule and arrange the material to subcontractors without delay.

-execute the ESP, Ducting, Coal silo work.-Coordinate with client and contractor to complete the work as per schedule.-Prepare the monthly billing and forward to billing department.-Follow up the material requirement and make material availability plan for construction work.
