Current- Conducted qualitative user research through on-network surveys to impact forum structure and design while also driving broader strategic changes, leading to a 34% increase in page views. - Launched 2 micro communities on the Squarespace Forum and grew them to ~500 members.- Owned and maintained the operations of the webinars program, including staffing, training and data collection.- Analyzed webinar CSAT data to suggest 40+ improvements to streamline the program and the user experience.- Project managed the development of a custom webinar to coincide with the launch of a new tool and contribute to the white glove service for top sellers.
