My management style is - lead by example and am in favour of personal and staff development. I constantly try to incorporate new and innovative ways, such as technology, into my departments to increase productivity. I have been given challenging tasks during my career, such as turning loss making entities into profitmaking business divisions, and have managed to do so through the skills I have gained throughout my working career. I consider attention to detail as one of my greatest attributes. I thrive to provide stability in dynamic constantly changing environments as well as to the staff members working within these environments. I believe in team work and constant improvement within a business.
