As the Operations Manager at SMT Fabrication, I oversee the critical aspects of production and operational management. My responsibilities include end-to-end production planning, ensuring smooth workflows from procurement of raw materials to the delivery of high-quality products. I joined African Pilot Magazine to lead the development and expansion of its Digital Division. My role focused on crafting and executing comprehensive digital strategies, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and growing organic channels. I managed paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn, while successfully expanding our newsletter audience.Additionally, I ensured the publication stayed ahead of digital trends and technological advancements, offering integrated digital solutions to existing advertisers. This included website design, as well as aligning digital and print media strategies. I also supported magazine layout and design, assisted with proofreading, launched a YouTube channel and handled video post-production for both YouTube and paid video projects.

As the Founder and Director of a full-service digital agency, I led a diverse range of digital solutions, including website design and development, web application development, branding and identity design. My expertise spanned search engine marketing, including Google Ads (Display, YouTube, and Search), as well as Facebook advertising. I also specialized in search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing, and the creation of integrated strategies that aligned with client goals. From concept development to execution, my agency delivered comprehensive digital strategies tailored to drive measurable success.

I began my journey at PRA as an Administrative Associate, managing the Regional Collection Centre and overseeing document management. I was later promoted to Clinical Operations Specialist and In-house Clinical Research Associate (CRA), where I led clinical study start-up and maintenance, feasibility studies, and investigator recruitment. My responsibilities included handling regulatory and ethics submissions, being certified in Pfizer systems, and conducting global internal audits of essential documents. I also served as the systems expert for Africa on eTMF and CTMS, managed investigator payments and prepared patient informed consent documents.

As an Internal Sales Representative, I specialised in selling a wide range of products to the aviation sector, including avionics, instrumentation, VHF portable and panel-mount transceivers, transponders, oxygen systems, navigation equipment and software, covering materials, GPS systems, headsets, parts and runway lighting controllers. Additionally, I played a key role in establishing the Road Navigation division, selling to automotive dealers and developing a copy protection system. I also supported the Managing Director with various day-to-day tasks.

In this role, I was responsible for overseeing both destructive and non-destructive testing, ensuring the smooth execution of daily quality control (QC) procedures, and managing non-conformities. I supported project managers with key tasks, contributed to the development and implementation of health and safety plans and utilised Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for various projects. Additionally, I was involved in setting up and maintaining experiments, as well as reporting on HI-DRAIN research findings.
